  1. Couper les bananes en rondelles et ajouter un filet de jus de citron. Écraser le tout.

  3. Ajouter l'oeuf préalablement battu, mélanger. Faire chauffer 5 minutes sur feu moyen.
  4. Mélanger à part, la maïzena avec une cuillère à café de jus de citron. Ménager et incorporer à la préparation de banane hors du feu.
  5. Remettre sur le feu jusqu'à épaississement de la préparation.
  6. Hors du feu mettre les morceaux de beurre, mélanger.
  7. Filmer au contact et laisser refroidir à température ambiante pour ensuite laisser prendre au frigo minimum 2h.
